Spring and autumn, the best windows

The best time to visit the city is from March to May, with a second good window from September to November. During these months, the climate is considered ideal, with moderate crowds and light that's particularly flattering for photography. The sun is ever-present and it's a little less hot, with average temperatures between 20 and 30 degrees. In spring, from April to June, it can average between 25 and 30 degrees, with pleasant coolness in the morning and evening, especially in April.

An intense summer

Summer, from June to August, marks a real turning point: in July, temperatures range from 21 degrees in the morning to 37 degrees in the afternoon, a dry but very intense heat that strongly limits daytime activities. Crowds nonetheless remain significant during this period, driven in particular by visitors who combine Marrakech with a cooler coastal stay.
